FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT DUCHALLY COUNTRY ESTATE

What are the check-in and check-out times at Duchally Hotel & Country Estate ?

The check-in for our hotel rooms is from 3pm, and check-out is by 11am, whilst the check-in for our self-catering lodges is from 4pm and check-out is by 10am.

How do I get to the Resort, and is there parking onsite?

Edinburgh and Glasgow Airports are both less than 50 miles, or an hour’s drive away from our estate, and if you wish to arrive by train, Gleneagles has its own station. There is free parking available around the Resort, and this includes accessible spaces for wheelchair users and guests with limited mobility. There are spaces at the hotel, lodges and leisure centre.

What facilities do you have available?

Wyndham Duchally Country Estate has facilities for children and adults alike. There is a heated indoor swimming pool, a children’s pool, spa, sauna, steam room, hot tub, fitness centre, games room, children’s play area, billiards, and beauty & massage treatments.

Are pets allowed?

Yes, there are selected lodges that are dog-friendly. A maximum of two dogs is permitted per lodge, at £75 per dog. Dogs are not permitted in hotel rooms or Monteaths apart from registered assistance dogs.
